Keto Piri Piri Chicken Tenders
? INGREDIENTS:
2–3 pounds chicken (tenders)
Piri Piri Marinade:
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon pepper

1. In a large bowl, mix together marinade ingredients.
2. Add chicken and toss until all the pieces are evenly coated. Cover & refrigerate minimum 30 minutes.
3. Discard marinade and add chicken tenders to the air fryer (Amazon has one: https://amzn.to/2rn9Ljq). Turn air fryer to 380 degrees and cook 15 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook an additional 10-15 minutes.
4. Serve!
