Many Americans have a Kroger Grocery Store or one of the many Kroger family stores nearby, and this list helps make sense of some of the Keto Approved Grocery items that we have found. This is not meant to be an all-inclusive list, and we will add to it over time as we find more and more items to add to it. As a general rule, always read the Nutrition Label on anything that you purchase, even if it just appears to be something as simple as Yellow Mustard or Cashews. Even foods that we may think are safe to eat on Keto may actually contain oils, seasonings, and other additives (like corn starch) that are not Keto-friendly. I came across some plain Yellow Mustard when at the store that had flour and other unnecessary ingredients in it, so you never know unless you look first.
